Vikings: E.J. Henderson Named To First Pro Bowl

Vikings LB E.J. Henderson looked to be in Pro Bowl form until season ending injuries derailed his chances in 2008 and in 2009.

In 2010 E.J. Henderson had 139 tackles that led the team and also tied the team in INTs with 3. With that he will be one of the few Vikings who will be headed to Hawaii. It will be his first and it is very well deserved. Viking Nation is very lucky to have a player like E.J. controlling the defense and fighting back from the awful injuries hes sustained in his career.

One of the Vikings captains from 2008-2010, Henderson has led the team in tackles 3 times out of the 6 seasons hes been with the Purple. Henderson, who is an excellent tackler has 13.5 sacks in his career, which ranks 4th all-time almong Vikings linebackers. He will join Adrian Peterson and Antoine Winfield in players headed to Hawaii. Kevin Williams was also named to the team but will not be able to attend.
